At Official Notifications Platform (JT Marketing), we are committed to providing high-quality services in documentation, marketing, Meta verification, and verified subscriptions.
Because our services are digital, customized, and start processing immediately after confirmation, our refund and cancellation terms are specific and limited, as outlined below.


1. General Policy

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All payments made to JT Marketing are considered final and non-refundable once a service has been initiated or processed.


2. Service-Based Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service type:

  • Documentation / Verification Services:
    Refunds are not applicable once the verification or documentation request has been submitted to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta or official authorities).
  • Marketing Campaigns / Advertising Services:
    Once campaigns are created, scheduled, or launched, refunds will not be provided, even if the campaign is paused or terminated early.
  • Subscription Services:
    Refunds are not applicable once the subscription period has started or access to premium features has been granted.
  • Technical or Administrative Errors:
    If a payment was made by mistake, duplicated, or not processed correctly, a refund may be issued after verification by our finance team within 7–14 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Service requests may be canceled only before work or processing begins.
  • Once a project has entered the execution phase, cancellation requests cannot be honored.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at billing@jtmarketing.sa with your order details.

4. Processing of Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Transaction or gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Certain services (e.g., account verification or platform approval) depend on external third parties such as Meta.
JT Marketing cannot guarantee approval or verification results, and refunds will not be issued for outcomes outside our control.

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
